About Me
I’m Debora Molina, a Certified Wholistic Health, Energy Medicine & Lifestyle Practitioner and founder of Integrative Wholistic Wellness.

I’m a naturally gifted energy healer devoted to helping others heal the heart, mind, body, spirit, and soul. My mission is to guide individuals back to harmony—teaching them how to consciously co-create with nature and reawaken the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
​
My own journey began in 2003, after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. This challenge became the doorway to profound transformation—leading me to explore energy medicine, yoga, breathwork, herbal medicine, shamanic healing, and other alternative healing modalities. What began as physical healing evolved into deep emotional and spiritual restoration, inspiring me to help others do the same.

Today, my work blends Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Trauma-Informed Healing, Somatic and Nervous System Support, and Earth Medicine practices to restore balance and coherence within the body and spirit. As a Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, I weave ceremony, intuitive guidance, and ancestral wisdom into each session, creating a sacred space for transformation.

In addition to private and group sessions, I also offer Wholistic Workplace Wellness programs—bringing energy medicine and stress-relief practices into professional settings to help teams reduce burnout, restore balance, and reconnect with presence and purpose.

I experienced deep levels of peace during the session itself and was aware of physical sensations that were occurring as Deb was focused on particular areas being worked on. What was most amazing was that 24 hours after the session I went dancing.
